Jenkintown Abington Spring Quickball/TeeBall Program 2025

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR 2025!

JA Quickball is a co-ed intramural league designed for 4 & 5 year olds (as of September 1 '24) as they learn the basics of baseball. It's intended to be fun and a great learning experience. This coming season, JA will participate in the Quickball program. USA Quickball's goal is to increase the amount of young ballplayers participating in their neighborhood baseball/softball programs. We believe providing a positive experience at a young age will help young players & their families fall in love with the greatest game ever created!

Quickball only has practice/games on Saturday mornings. The program has a specific curriculum whereby players engage in skills-and-drills for the first ~30 minutes and play a 1-2 inning scrimmage during the remaining time. JYA anticipates starting games at 9:00, 10:15, and 11:30 on Saturday mornings.

This program NEEDS VOLUNTEERS. The more volunteers we get the better the program runs. No experience in baseball or coaching needed. This is a great way to help the community and start out coaching with no pressure.

Eligibility: 1/1/2018 - 8/31/2020

Practices: No practices--Quickball is a one event per week (Saturday mornings) as per Quickball's curriculum.

2025 JA Little League Baseball Spring

JA Little League Baseball Spring 2025 is OPEN!

There is no residency requirement or documents needed to play in house baseball. The Little League residency requirement is only for the district team that participates in the official Little League tournament after the season. Scroll down and select "OTHER" for School Attendance Eligibility during registration.

JA Little League Baseball offers intramural programs for children aged 4-13 (as of September 1 2024). The spring season will begin in March with practices, games will begin in April, and conclude June 14th (subject to change). Remember, all children are welcome, regardless of experience or skill level.

JA Little League Baseball offers the following programs: Quickball/T-Ball, Rookies Baseball, Minors Baseball and Intermediate Baseball.

Please consider volunteering. We are a volunteer run organization and need help in many areas including coaching, working the snack stand, and getting fields lined, raked, and ready for games. We will especially need help with filling the snack stand with volunteers. Teams will be given a day during the season where they'll be required to fill it with volunteers.
