Tennis Camp Description: Fun-filled JYA community tennis camp! Come play with your old friends and make new ones, develop skills useful in all sports and learn TENNIS, a sport of a lifetime! This is a non-competitive, beginner to intermediate tennis camp with emphasis on sportsmanship, fun games & activities!

The camp director, Jill Mulvaney, is a PTR Certified Youth Tennis Instructor. She has been the director for the past 5 years and a 20 year resident of the Jenkintown Community and former Jenkintown High School Girls Assistant Tennis Coach. Also, we welcome Jenkintown Tennis Coach & Teacher, Mr. "Woz" who is joining our JYA tennis camp staff this year! 

Our counselors are all Jenkintown High School Student athletes and members of the Varsity Girls & Boys tennis teams. 

LOCATION FOR 2024: Jenkintown High School Tennis Courts at Walnut St & West Ave  

DATES: Monday July 29th - Friday August 2nd

TIME: 9:00am-11:30am

* Nurse/first aid on site
* Snacks provided daily with pizza party on Friday (you're welcome to bring own snack)
* PLEASE BRING TENNIS RACQUET & WATER BOTTLE LABELED WITH YOUR NAME

Monday - Opening Day

Tuesday - CRAZY SOCK DAY

Wednesday - CRAZY HAT DAY

Thursday - RED & BLUE DAY ( wear anything red or blue )

FRIDAY - LAST DAY - WEAR YOUR JYA T-SHIRT - Pizza Party - Photo - Water Balloon Toss - Ice Cream truck included
